What we agreed, your meetings and your contacts

Reading the job description and the advertisement once they are agreed, the meetings that concerned the role, and who to write to.

In this chapter you will

The job description and the advertisement

The third part of the campaign's page is What we agreed. Until the job description is agreed it says so, and tells you that the advertisement is written from your briefing. Once it is agreed, the job description is set out here in full, with the day it was agreed beside the heading.

What we agreed, on the example school's campaign: The job description as it was agreed, and the link to the advertisement.
Figure 6.1 What we agreed, on the example school's campaign: The job description as it was agreed, and the link to the advertisement.

When the advertisement goes live, a link at the top right of the part, See the advertisement as candidates do, opens the public page in a new tab: The role as a candidate reads it, with the button they press to apply. Nothing on it can be changed from your side; if something is wrong, write to one of your contacts.

Your recruiter chooses who at your organisation is shown this part. If it is not on your page, and you need the job description, ask one of your contacts for it.

Your meetings with us

Below Questions we have for you is Your meetings with us. When your recruiter meets or calls you again after the briefing, about this role or about several, they record the meeting on your side. This part lists the ones that concerned this role, newest first, each with a word on where it has got to:

Word What it means
Being gathered The meeting is recorded but not yet written up
Being read What was said is being sorted to the roles it concerned
Taken into the briefing What concerned this role has been added to its briefing, and anything it changes is being acted on

There is nothing to do here. It is for you to see that what you said in a meeting has reached the right place.

Your contacts

The last part, Your contacts, lists the people at your recruiter who run this campaign, by name, email address and role. These are the people who read what you send, who are emailed when you send it, and who your messages go to. For a question that does not belong to any one page, email one of them.
